- 店内饰品均为手工制作，难免存在手工痕迹；天然翡翠自带棉絮、色线、冰裂纹、矿坑、石纹，无棉不成翡，介意者慎拍。
All jewelry in our store is handmade, so minor handmade traces are inevitable. Natural jadeite naturally contains cotton, color lines, ice cracks, mineral pits and stone patterns. As the saying goes, “no cotton, no jadeite.” Please purchase carefully if you mind these natural features.
- 由于天然翡翠颜色众多，拍摄角度、手机屏幕显示效果及个人设备分辨率存在差异等多种因素，商品图片与实物可能存在轻微色差，我们已尽可能还原实物本色。若您收到货品后感觉存在视觉落差，敬请谅解，欢迎随时与我们友好沟通。
Due to the rich colors of natural jadeite, differences in shooting angles, mobile screen displays and device resolutions, there may be slight color differences between the pictures and the actual item. We have tried our best to restore the true color of the item. If you feel any visual difference upon receiving the goods, please understand and feel free to communicate with us friendly at any time.
- 饰品接触化学品、硬物刮碰、长期泡水、睡觉佩戴，易加速氧化变形，属于正常现象，非质量问题。
Exposure to chemicals, hard object scratches, long-term soaking in water, or wearing while sleeping may accelerate oxidation and deformation of jewelry. This is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue.
- 保存建议密封存放，或搭配抗氧化纸放置，减少氧化损耗。
For storage, it is recommended to keep sealed or place with anti-oxidation paper to reduce oxidation loss.
二、保养贴士 / Care Tips
- 洗澡、洗漱时请勿佩戴，远离沐浴露、洗手液、香皂等化学品，防止分解腐蚀。
Do not wear while bathing or washing. Keep away from chemicals such as body wash, hand soap and facial cleanser to avoid decomposition and corrosion.
- 避免与硬物碰撞、大力扯拽，以防变形、刮花，日常佩戴保持干燥。
Avoid collision with hard objects and strong pulling to prevent deformation and scratches. Keep dry during daily wear.
- 沾染汗液、污渍后，用柔软棉布擦拭；可使用弱碱性清洗剂清洁，清水冲净后及时擦干。
After contact with sweat or dirt, wipe with a soft cotton cloth. You may clean with a mild alkaline cleaner, rinse with clean water and dry promptly.
